Description

In this course, you will gain a deeper perspective of antisemitism, division, separation, violent conflicts and a general breakdown of the institutions of human society.

Is there a science that can explain the laws that govern our development as a society, as a species? What can 4000 years of human history and big data tell us about ourselves? Why is it that despite our technological advancement we’re still facing the same issues that have been plaguing our society for millennia? And what do the tales in the bible have to do with it? Could there be a deeper meaning to the texts that have been capturing our imagination, uniting us and separating us at the same time? Is it possible that science, religion and human history are not at odds with each other but are actually different points of view of the same thing? Different points of you?

We promise to answer these questions and many others about the origin of the Jewish people, their unique role in humanity and how can we come out of the crisis that is gripping the world today.

Who Is This Course For

This course is aimed at anybody interested in understanding the causes and solutions to antisemitism, and the role of the Jews.

Instructor
Lio Spiegler

Lio Spiegler has been studying and teaching the wisdom of Kabbalah with Beni Baruch for over six years. He teaches online at KabU and also leads physical intro lectures and teaches Fundamentals of Kabbalah in the physical Campus in NY. Lio came to the U.S. from Israel in 2000 and joined Beni Baruch after he “tried every method under the sun to explain the meaning of all this and understand, feel, what am I inside all of this”.

Kabbalah has been the cherry on top of years of searching and questioning. It was able to explain every aspect of his life and fundamentally transformed his perception of the world and his relationship with everyone around him.   Lio possesses wit and charm, and is able to break down complex concepts into tasty morsels.

He is a consultant in branding and digital media, has produced several documentaries on the human condition and on Kabbalist Dr. Michael Laitman. He is married and lives in Brooklyn with his wife Osnat.

Teddie Lensing

A truly insightful and riveting experience in learning about the roots of antisemitism and the role of the Jews. I found this course to be a great addition to my Kabbalistic study at KabU, and let me see a whole new angle of the importance of connection and unity in our world today.

I hope that everybody in the world today combating antisemitism takes a look at this course and thinks how to emphasize Jewish unity much more into the narrative. An eye-opener indeed!

What you understand about world history, and more specifically, the history of the Jews gets a whole new “lens” added to it with this course. It’s fascinating to see how the principle of unity has channeled itself from nature into humanity, and how this people has been a kind of passageway for this positive force to enter humanity. I think that this course needs to be taught at schools, and that every person, Jewish or not, should have the increased awareness that comes through its ideas.

Mind-blowing and mind-boggling. How could one relatively small group of people in humanity hold so much responsibility and yet be largely unaware of it? This course put together a lot of loose pieces in my awareness of what’s going on in the world, and the kinds of connections at work that we don’t see, but which materialize in all kinds of ways. I can surely say that I feel a lot more aware and conscious of what’s going on in the world after watching The World, the Jews and the Science of Human Connection.
