How do you think you could tune into the right frequency to begin to experience higher levels of human existence?

In my experience, whenever I have needed to learn something specific to improve myself, I have looked for others who have demonstrated a strong grasp of the information and knowledge, and then I emulated whatever it was that they were doing or had done to grasp it.  That is what I intend to do now.
