The worlds are created to establish the ultimate opposition of the creator and the created beings.
In descending order to come to the lowest point: our world. To become like the Creator – the initial thought of Creation – we have to rise to come to adhesion with Him, How? To learn how to receive in order to bestow and reveal the light until the final correction.

That the light diminishes when descending unto the lower worlds and the desire to receive grows bigger and bigger, coming to a point where there is no spiritual attribute left and we hit the bottom, the corporeal world. From Above to Below.
Key principle: The only way is up, when you are down, all the 125 degrees to the paradise we left since the One soul shattered. From Below to Above.

There is the Kli and the creator. The Kli changed its attitude towards the Creator hence the different stages and worlds. Now the shuttered vessel needs to be assembled again in the the world of Atzilut by making the quality of the Kli similar to the Creator which is the quality of bestowal.

Second try…
The Upper World contains the lower world(s), but is concealed from the lower world(s). Each Upper World contains all its preceding lower world(s), but World(s) higher than it is/are concealed until desires on the current level are corrected.

Dear instructor Gianni, not sure but will try.
There are always Keter, Chohma, Bina, Zier Anpin, and Malchut (there are always Ten Sefirot), but depend on the desires, their names change.
P.S. Thank you for being here for us.
