No question, I just wanted to express my gratitude for the lessons and journey here with KabU. I am learning so many inspirational concepts, and strangely enough, they align perfectly with other forms of study, such as my Graduate program, and my 12-Step program. Synchronicity has played a large part in my finding KabU, to begin with! I am excited to be here, and to continue learning and growing with all of you!
As we are in the “state of correction” while doing our everyday activities, and yet being in a KB group, we falter in an act of correction, how does that impact the process and our progress for attainment?
Hi Bonnie,
Attainment means attaining the Creator’s qualities of love and bestowal. We do that primarily within the Kabbablistic group. As for the rest of the world, for the time being we’re not doing direct spiritual work with them. For the time being, the rest of the world is adding more resistance to our spiritual work within the group. And that itself is also a great help.
This is similar to how a body builder needs to add more and more resistance in order to gain more muscles. Likewise in our spiritual work, we need to try to arrange our corporeal lives in the normal way, and that will add a little more resistance to our spiritual work in the group. Through that we’ll actually be able to develop to higher spiritual levels.
We’ll learn how to implement these things practically in the more advanced semesters.

How individuals in a group are chosen?
What is the process in selecting who will be in a particular group?

In KabU, students are grouped up in the advanced semester. Generally the students are grouped up by gender, location, and cohort.
Ultimately you can say that it’s the Creator that puts us into the group we’re in. It’s because he awakened our point in the heart at a certain time and placed us in this spiritual environment. So once we’re assigned to a group, the right way to relate to the group is that each one was hand picked by the Creator because it’s specifically that collection of points in the heart that is necessary for my correction.
We’ll learn more about this in the advanced semesters.

the group dynamic makes sense, but I doubt a digital group will have the same effects than a physical group where you get triggered and forced to love them. Funny it’s kinda what happens in a family, probably divine arrangement to force you to love them.

It’s true that a physical group tends to influence us stronger, but if we don’t have a physical Kabbalah group near us, a virtual group can also work. Throughout the year, we hold several large physical conventions. If we make the effort to attend those physically, then we can continue that spiritual work afterwards even virtually.

Looking at where I am now, I can’t imagine people reaching the level of the Creator as described, did they also start like I’m starting now or something else?
Hi Albert. I asked a question on May 6 but somehow you did not see it I suppose because I got no answer. I guess it was lost because there are so many. The person’s before and after me were answered. Could you checked? It is on page 1 and it is about incarnation/ reincarnationas it is used by Tony in this lesson’s’ video.
