You know the room is filled with radio signals and Wi-Fi signals but you can only access them if you have a radio or a phone that is in equivalence with those frequencies.

So it’s a first step to begin understanding what system we are in, but it is too early to already think that we feel this system operating all of our thoughts and desires.

I’d like to thank Kabbalists, who came before me, for putting such tremendous effort into ascertaining a path to the Light.  I can’t express the relief it is to begin to learn these concepts.  I have much work to do.

I start each day with recognizing my breath.  I perceive my inhale as a gift from Hashem.  My exhale I give back.  When I feel anxious, I return to the breathing, thinking “Ha” for the inhale, and “Shem” for the exhale.

I don’t think I can progress in Kabbalah in an anxious state.

another question, based on the second video:

In practicality, would it work if I practice meditating / focusing on bestowing delight on the creator by enjoying any form of pleasure experienced by me?

for instance, if I enjoy a nice meal, should I focus on the fact that by enjoying this meal I return pleasure to the creator of the raw ingredients, my taste receptors, my neurotransmitters etc?

will practicing this allow for spiritual ascent?

Those are features of this world.
In spirituality, everything is even, whole, equal in all directions at once.  There is no place or past, present and future there.

was ‘behina bet’ a stage of evolution which was an independent choice by the creature that could have been avoided?

when correction is achieved, does the creature return to ‘behina alef’ or ‘behina shoresh’?

 

is there evil according to kabbalah? if so, where in the above 5 phases was evil created?

It’s good that you are thinking about the material and working with it.
There is no choice yet at all in our story.
Everything that we are learning now in the phases of the direct light are like the upper, primordial software in order to arrive at a vessel that could yearn on its own for the complete filling of the upper light of ein sof.  That vessel is called Malchut of ein sof.
This primordial structure of the root and the subsequent 4 phases will be the structure called HaVaYaH that will be the structure for all of the worlds and partzufim that will develop next until there will be a place for choice.

Evil, is what the forces are called that are opposite/against connection.

While we are absorbed in the upper light, completely as one, we have no sensation of it, we are completely absorbed like a small spark absorbed by the sun.
So all of the forces of the other side that stands opposite from the system of kedusha is all for the purpose of building the feelings of yearning for the connection, for the love and wholeness.  We will learn about it.
