In all the cases of life that have been said, we are exposed to the contagion of those around us from the time we are a fetus to the time of death. As a result, I have never felt real satisfaction and happiness in life

All of them, including gaining or losing weight, smoking, drinking, getting married, getting divorced, being generous, being mean, how often we have sex, your musical taste, movies you watch, who you vote for, your body language, depression , happiness.

In addition to behaviors, several emotions, including happiness, depend on the actions, thoughts and behaviors of the people I am directly or indirectly connected to.

This is because the tendency to convey ideas and norms of behavior is spreading. In this way, the social environment is shaping individuals’ cognition, sense of judgment, preferences, opinions, values, definitions of what is good and bad, right or wrong, what you despise, what you love.
