Thank you, the examples are very helpful.

I just keep making the same mistakes over and over and over… I want my life to change, to transform but each new thing soon leads to another disappointment but then i find something else and try again and it fails too.

How should I approach this so that it’s not just like all the other failures?

By understanding that the world is under the complete dominion of the Upper Force that is running through and filling the whole reality, and that you did nothing. It did everything. It only gives us the illusion that we’re acting, later we’ll see that we did nothing. We’re not responsible for anything good or bad that we did. That’s what we need to say in each moment. And yet, we must act. So, how should I best respond now, to all that the Upper Force did? After I’ve acted, as though everything depends on me and me alone, I again ascribe everything to the Upper Force. In this way you behave towards reality in the most correct, least-delusional way. The only real failure is that one did not relate this way to reality. This sorts out everything correctly.

This is simply the root of the intention, “for myself”. Prior to this, there was no such thing as “I’m going to receive just because” nor “I’m going to receive for my enjoyment”. The “sin” is simply that I want to connect all my kelim (vessels) and thus receive the Light in them, but he is missing such a Masach (screen), that is, he does not have such a great intention to bestow back to the Light that is capable of covering the unimaginable pleasure the Light has in it.

and the right answer is Light.

but, this is about creation, not The Creator, our essence is will to receive
