I may pray for changing myself, but there is no need or sense in praying for whishes or needs that I feel I might wish to have fulfilled, because the upper force is good and only good for the good and the evil ;and itś unchangeable in that being good. So I dońt need to ask for it. The only thing I might really need is the understanding and acceptance to work along what „good“ might mean in a specific context, especially, if I cannot feel that goodness from the position I am taking. THerefore, I might feel lost or overwhelmed, and that is when I might pray for help to understand and change my position / attitude / feeling towards any given challenge or towards my position in this network. And if I would want to pray for a change of the whole of human beings, than I can as well only do it without thinking about what I wish. or need for myself. Because the latter doesńt need prayer. If there is a need, and it can be answered, without harming the development of those involved, it will be answered without my prayer. However, understanding that process is nearly impossible… and therefore, all I can pray for is to gain understanding and the strength to change towards the needed direction.
Our prayers will get answered when we do not include ourselves in the prayer but only pray for others. Pray for a connection to the Creator. Through that connection, we come to love others and only want the best for others. So with the help of the Creator, we can achieve our purpose and have our prayers answered as we dont want the benefit just to ourselves. Care for the well being of all more than you care for yourself.
