We set an intention to build a new, spiritual desire. We change “the will to receive in order to receive” into “the will to receive in order to bestow”.

I personally don’t think our pleasure is always neutralized by our desire.  For the sake of your own personal growth you need a desire or a inner will to motive you in life.  There are bad and good desires in life and it is almost an inner knowing of what is good or harming to society.

Only by changing our intentions to receive for the benefit of others.

With the attainment of pleasure, desire disappears unless receiving pleasure is for the pleasure of the Creator, and the highest desire is the desire to please the Creator, and the highest pleasure is to attain the pleasure of the Creator, which never disappears or diminishes.
