      Pray for the Creator to help me reveal Him. Engage in spiritual wisdom and practices. Study authentic Kabbalah. Do my best to be in bestowal. Keep my body and my environment clean. All of the above with an intention to come closer to the Creator. Always try to be aware of my intention with every action, internal or external.

      I would keep my heart open, with the desire to receive and connect with the upper light, until become so strong that this is all I want.
