Hmm the preparation question just above this rectangle is different from the one at top of the page. About dissemination: I’m so relieved to hear Dr. Laitman say that it doesn’t mean going out and selling books or proselytizing, etc. It sounds as if it means living the truth that we’re learning to the extent of capability, whenever and wherever we are, knowing that it impacts the world. I very much want to learn how to do that!
Preparation Question: How is spreading the wisdom of Kabbalah related to fulfilling my private correction in the general system?
At the deepest level, dissemination of the wisdom to others is when the student of Kabbalah acts as a conduit or channel through which the light is drawn and distributed to others. Dissemination of the wisdom of Kabbalah ultimately means using your spiritual capacity to draw reforming light for those around you.
Drawing the reforming light is the aim of all Kabbalistic practice. The light IS the radiance of the Creator, and the light we receive represents how much of the Creator we are capable of receiving and sensing at our current level of development, with our current spiritual vessels.
This work with the reforming light can be conducted individually, (such as in private prayer, contemplation, or the reading of Kabbalistic texts.) Likewise, the work can be conducted in groups such as the Kabbalistic workshop or circle. We can strengthen the influence of the reforming light by working with others and elevating the desires of our friends over our own.
