I just wanted to share a few thoughts from the heart as we prepare for our next lesson.

I wish for each of you peace in your mind and strength in your spirit. I hope you find clarity in your path, even when things feel uncertain. I wish you the kind of courage that doesn’t shout, but quietly keeps going. And above all, I hope you feel seen, heard, and valued—not just in this space, but in life.

To rebuild our collective soul, I think we need to start with honesty and care. We’ve all been through different things, and sometimes it’s easy to feel disconnected. But if we can show up for each other—not just physically, but emotionally—we can start to heal what’s broken between us. It’s about listening more, judging less, and remembering that we’re all part of something bigger.

Becoming a vessel for the light isn’t about being perfect. It’s about being open. Open to growth, to love, to truth. When we live with intention and treat each other with kindness, the light flows through us naturally. We don’t have to force it—we just have to make space for it.

Let’s keep building that space together.
