From what I learned and understood so far: First, we have to always remember that every intention (and action) affect the whole of humanity, since we are all one. We have to accept that our perception of reality from our egoistic point of view is not reality, only a limited perception. I think that we have to correct our intentions to reach “altruism” . I guess that practicing a sort of “mindful presence” i.e. being attentive of our true intention is a start, it keeps us alert.  Also since Kabbalah says that it is difficult even impossible to be certain of the quality of our intention unless we interact with other(s) (if I am not mistaken) then, we have to “confront” our intention with the desire of someone else. .

Putting yourself in other people’s shoes. It is instinctively knowing that we are all one, and if we hurt another we are really hurting ourselves. Conversely, if we help another we are also helping ourselves and the collective.

When we experience an awakening in the point of our hearts, we recognize the need to correct our ego. This correction involves reforming our attitudes towards one another, with the understanding that the desires of others are interconnected with our own. Our focus begins to shift from self-centric thoughts to a focus on others. This transformative awareness fosters a change in our collective attitudes, allowing us to perceive the needs and desires of those around us as integral. Within a spiritual environment the Light begins to reform our attitude, transitioning from a self-focused perception of reality to one grounded in altruism. closer to the Creator.

As a student of Kabbalah, the transition from a self-centered perception to one based on altruism means a fundamental shift in how I perceive reality. This stage of my journey marks the beginning of understanding that the external world is actually a reflection of my inner self, and as long as I remain trapped within my personal and selfish desires, I cannot truly feel the Light. This path is a deep practice of correcting my intention, recognizing the true nature of the “self,” and striving to unite with the Upper Force through love and connection with others. Now I understand that the purpose of studying Kabbalah is not just to know, but to become as close as possible to the giving and loving nature of creation.
