      I think the secrect formula could be a collaborative environment that recognizes and validates the individual’s value and motivates them to bring the best selves into the work -that means competition-

      I believe that collaborative study encourages learning, however, I also agree that competitiveness is important because it is a stimulus for self-improvement. When we have other people to take base, who have reached higher levels, we are convinced that we can also reach such levels. In addition to the delicious taste of surpassing the other and being recognized as the best, or at least being walking in the direction of becoming. What has to do with the previous issue of recognition.
