You will learn how your body and your inner life as much a part of nature and under its control as the world you see around you; how the human world is made only of feelings and desires that you perceive as the objects, plants, animals, people and situations you experience; what gives rise to your feelings, and where they come from in the first place; why you never feel satisfied for more than a short time; how your development and evolution in general is aimed at a definite outcome; and who and what you are.
