Based on what I’ve learned so far, that’s engaging with like-minded people with a near-activation point in the heart and authentic Kabbalistic texts and resources, and of course the lab

By studying authentic kabbalistic texts within a group of other KabU students and with the guidance of a KabU instructor, we will accelerate our expansion.

Additionally, modifying other aspects of our environment might be useful. We could develop a disciplined study regimen and other healthy habits aimed at keeping the Creator and spiritual connection in mind as we go about our everyday life.

I think we can fortify our connection with the illuminating force by staying connected to the environment, continuing the inner work, and becoming more aware of our intentions. For me, it feels like the more I shift from “What can I receive?” to “How can I contribute, connect, and give?”, the more space there is for transformation. I also feel the influence is amplified through the support of the group, reflection, and a sincere desire to grow beyond ego and strengthen connection with others.
