      What should we belief about ourself? Is it humbling myself like I’m not good I’m ugly etc or positive?

        Hey mrc,

        I think I’ll probably only answer one of these. I see you’re in a distressed state. At these times, it’s best to just read from the sources.

        Try and aim away from thinking about yourself and see where you can cling to the Kabbalists and their writings.

      Maybe I guess i tough love people but the alternative is very unpleasant I guess so any advice?
