        It’s what sustains creation. It develops it, fills it with pleasure. It’s the attitude of the Creator to creation, the thought of creation.

        I’m not seeing where we can compare them here actually. If I were to simplify–I would say your question is “which is higher, desire or fulfillment?” and still, the answer would be that can’t be a question since one doesn’t exist without the other.

        Light is the filling, pleasure–what sustains creation…it’s not “His essence” as Kabbalists call it. Creation cannot say anything about “His essence”.
