Steve MileyPartícipeSo, when we change, our intent of reception, Cuba stole, does it always have to be but stole back to the creator or can it be pistole to Other parts of the collective soul, other people, the environment, or simply the joy of others. Or is when the intent to bestow to all those other things, other than creator really to the creator since they are all part of the creator? I don’t know if I could’ve worded that more confusing

Steve MileyPartícipeSo when I am channeling gifts of the creator, and sharing them with the public with the sole intention that they receive pleasure and perhaps even get a sense of unity and wholeness between humanity then that is a spiritual practice?

Seth – KabU InstructorModeratorSteve,
You can say yes.

BenPartícipeMy issue may always remain in the difference between what “Kabbalah” is, what the “Jewish People” are, and what is to say “None else Besides Him” actually means?

Steve MileyPartícipeSeth,
So would I be correct in the statement that what we are looking for is a sort of positive feedback loop with the rest of the collective soul. Whereas I take the gifts of the creator with the understanding that that is where its origin resides with the intention to bestow upon my fellow humanity, whereby it is then bestowed back upon me, and keep my peace of pleasure and fulfillment and bestow it back. Then this back-and-forth deepens, and in enlarges the kli so as to be able to receive with the intention to bestow in greater quantities. If that in fact is the case will there become a point where the kli gets maxed out? If so what then? I’m trying to get this in the context of some thing I understand so I put it in the context of the performance of live music, however, if this is true, it could just as well and should Be practiced in everything that I do, from a smile to a stranger or any interaction with anyone all the time. Correct?

Seth – KabU InstructorModeratorSteve,
Before the emanations were emanated and the creatures were created, the Upper Simple Light filled the whole existence.
And then upon His simple will, came the desire to create a creature who could enjoy all of that Light. That infinite vessel that was created to hold that Light, is called Malchut of Ein Sof.
Ein Sof means without end.
In spirituality there are not higher and lower and more and less.
All of those calculations are related to our world in order that we can measure where we are in relation to the Creator.
To be like Him, we need to become 100% bestowing, as He is bestowing.
But His desire is to fill us with His abundance, so we need to also receive His abundance in order to bring Him contentment, to fulfill the purpose of creation, which is to create a creature and fill it with endless abundance and delight.
So as you were sort of saying, the end of this process of creation is when we will receive, but we receive not in order that our ego will delight, but we receive in order that the Creator will be delighted, since He wants to fill us.
So we do end up being eternally fulfilled in the end.
It’s like a game between child and parent.

Seth – KabU InstructorModeratorBen,
If you say God to a Hindu, he thinks of Krishna, who is blue
If you say God to a Christian, he may think of his God with fair skin nailed to a wooden cross
If you say God to a Jew he may think of the invisible God of the Jews
And all of the thousands of different worldviews all view everything according to their own perception.
So we don’t know you and you don’t know us and we are not studying the same texts for many years together yet, so of course we can’t share definitions.
If you study the wisdom of kabbalah from books written by kabbalists who attained the degrees that they are writing of and if you study from a teacher who also attained these things and if you are working together in a kabbalistic group with others who are with the teacher and studying the texts and want to attain adhesion with the Creator, then all of these questions will become clear to you how the entire Torah takes place inside of a person, how besides the person, all of reality is only the Creator. And all of the 70 nations and the nation of Israel are all desires, states within a person.
So you have a lot to learn if you want to come to the true wisdom of kabbalah. There are many ideas and definitions that you formed over many years and ways of thinking that lead you down paths that don’t bear fruit.
This happens to everyone.
But not everyone is given such an opportunity.
So my advice is follow the course material as you would any serious hobby. Invest some time each day or each week and be consistent.
And develop naturally and consistently.
Good luck and hope to see you around,

BenPartícipeI’m with us concerning Kabbalah and KabU and understand how we are ready for this inclination of how much we desire more than the Creator bestowed language. Such is to say the eyes, the polygraph, and the blood pressures seem to all err in the desire of our own interest rather than bestowing a Heavenly Light for His sake.

Cinco LeonePartícipeIs belief a prerequisite in order to experience the truth of Kabbalah? I am a very experience-oriented person but will this skepticism serve as an obstacle for me? Generally speaking when it comes to science, one begins with a hypothesis or a theory and experiments are conducted to either validate or debunk that theory. In mundane sciences A scientist’s belief isn’t a deciding factor in the successful outcome of his/her experiment. Regardless of what they believe the truth makes itself known. In Kabbalah it is being suggested that there is no one besides him and on some deep level I believe this but this very superficial belief of mine is strongly outnumbered by the overwhelming amount of sensory data that tells me otherwise. To believe that there is one singular force responsible for everything that occurs runs contrary to the apparent multiplicity that a human being experiences on a day to day basis and the only thing that would encourage someone to take such a radically different stance is the suggestion of another view by someone else. I don’t doubt the claim that the creator is the sole force behind everything on an intellectual level but I have a hard time putting faith into concepts that are not based in my own direct experience because it resembles the blind-faith approach of many religions. The choice of words being that a person “should” believe that there is no one besides him and that a belief in an opposing force is a heresy may be true but to an individual with no personal experience to back that claim, on what grounds should they adopt it as a belief? I hope that I am not coming off as disrespectful in any way, I am just looking for some advice on how to make the science of Kabbalah work for me with my skeptical mind. Any guidance you can provide would be greatly appreciated!

Seth – KabU InstructorModeratorCinco,
These are excellent questions.
You are correct in your approach. You are not required to make some jump of blind faith.
The kabbalists say one should believe there is only the Creator. But this is only if we want to feel what they feel.
They are not holding anyone’s hand in the fire and saying, do this or do that.
The are saying, I climbed the mountain and from where I am standing, this is what I see.
It is a like a person who goes to the doctor and the doctor gives him a cure and the person says, I will wait until I go to medical school and acquire all of this experience before I will accept what the doctor says.
This is a great benefit of man over beast, that we can learn from each other like this and also from generation to generation, we don’t start over like a cow or a bear or a lion who every generation, there is not much change, but with us, we can develop much more and quickly.
You can and should test what you are learning.
I learned that all of creation is a will to receive.
So, I need to test that. I examine myself and I examine the plants and the animals and the other people around me and I see, are they operated by the desires that arise in them?
If I feel that this wisdom is explaining my life to me, then I continue.
Later, later we will learn about a degree of spiritual perception which is above our mind, but this is after we acquire additional vessels of perception that are above the mind.

MixedmultitudePartícipeThe point in the heart, even the teaching of the point in the heart seems to immense for our physical being. How is it contained in us?
- August 2, 2023 at 11:24 pm EDT #327735
Cinco LeonePartícipe<p style=”text-align: left;”>Thank you very much Seth! The doctor analogy is very helpful and believing in something as a means to test whether I can verify it with my own experience is a concept I can get behind. Sorry I meant to reply under my own comment rather than here.</p>

Seth – KabU InstructorModeratorMixedmultitude,
Are you asking, where is the point in the heart in our physical being?
It is not a physical organ, it is the birth of our spiritual perception.

PartícipeFor people who do not believe that god exists it seems like Kabbalah is saying there is a creator which is basically the same as a god.
- July 26, 2023 at 8:53 am EDT #327147
Seth – KabU InstructorModeratorDory,
Hindu’s have a blue god called Krishna. Christians have a god who is depicted with long flowing hair nailed to a cross. Jews say their god is invisible. So first of all no one agrees on what god is anyway. The wisdom of kabbalah does not require any belief in anything, only that you discover the forces that are operating on us that develop us, that created us and to what end all of this is happening. When you discover this integral, bestowing, harmonious system, this system the kabbalists call God, Creator, etc. don’t be confused with what every other of the 1000s of religions and groups call god.
