Is there a way to spiritually help another person/soul heal physically/emotinally/spiritually mentally when they been hurt in these areas, a ceratin prayer or so? Ive always belived in prayer as a christian but sometimes i feel like im just talking to myself, there is a person whos trust has been wounded in my community and i want the creatoes help to give this person peace and even new bigger strenght i heard of the prayer El na rafa na la/lo/li does it hold true power? my deepest desire would be for them to be restored in to the force of life, and become a new vessel of light

The advice is to always be in a prayer.
The Creator hears every prayer and answers every prayer in the way that He feels it will be best for us, not in the way that we feel it will be best. So our work is to turn to Him. The rest is in His hands.

Hi, I feel increasingly confused every week, all I’ve been able to practically bring with me in the day by day is “to set an intention to recive to bestow” and catch myself even in that intention having selfish desire, also I remember to think “this is a false perception I wonder what’s happening in the upper worlds of this situation” but thats it in 4 weeks and i feel discouraged, but also the creator wants that feeling in me?
My question 1: how do I get the most out of the text it seems like my intention setting for study sessions isn’t working,
2: How do I want to only want the creators presence above everything else
Someone in The group said that they don’t want to achieve every desire they have but for their desire/vessel to transform–making the creators light and fulfilment the main desire…. How do we change it? It would seem that all the desires I have now make me think that I will finally be fulfilled and “feel my light” once I have them, and for me those desires are relationship based, respect power, love, to feel cherieched and I seem to unconsciously think once this fully happenes I will feel safe and strong and radiant, but is this just a temporary replacement for the eternal light desire? You went to the ballet, you saw a professional dancer and you went home and now you’re frustrated that you are not dancing like the women who trained 10 hours a day for 20 years.
That is the situation you are in.
There is no such thing that you walk into medical school and after the first few weeks they let you do a brain surgery.
So it’s not realistic to think that you will attain your soul in all of its degrees after putting in a few hours of studying and reading.We are a desire to receive. That does not go away. First things first, take inventory of yourself. You are seeing how you are operated, that is good. You have a yearning deep inside for something more, that is good.
Imagine you are preparing to go on a journey overseas. You will be leaving in a year, you have all year to prepare and it will take a year to prepare. You have to prepare the boat and prepare yourself. Then when you get on the boat and are out at sea, it’s also not straight forward, there are storms, there can be all kinds of challenges.
So prepare yourself, in a consistent and meaningful way.
Now is the time of preparation.

The Creator is is “male” aspect that fills the creation, the “female” aspect.
We are in a reality that is filled with Upper Light, there is no absence on the side of the Light, all of the changes are on the side of the receivers. Every human language has its limitations according to the degree of the ego of that place, however this is not where our challenge is found. Our challenge is found in our inner world because in any language a person can say the most beautiful words but if his heart is uncorrected, then the words are just words and also in the most corrupt language a person with a corrected heart can say words that are filled with the power of love.Regarding your last question, this world is an imprint from the upper world, all of the degrees of birth for example are branches from upper spiritual processes, impregnation, embryo, a baby turning head side down before being born into the world, suckling, growing up … all of these extend from upper spiritual processes that we will study together in the future.

From the side of the Creator, called from Above to Below, everything is predetermined.
How will the Light of Ein Sof, the abundance without and, how will it fill and delight a creature so that the creature will know that there is such an infinite Giver and to enjoy all of that delight and pleasure. We understand from our own life that when the pleasure is very great it overrides our judgment and controls us completely. So if the Light of the Creator were to be revealed to us we would become like an angel doing whatever the light guides us to we would have no free choice to chose to do anything other than the will of the Upper Light in each and every act we do.So after creating the vessel the Creator made a restriction on the vessel (we say the vessel restricted itself, but as we already said actually everything is being operated from above) and then slowly slowly drip by drip the light can enter in the vessel as much as the created being is able to work with the light with his own forces and to not be consumed by it like a spark inside a great flame.

While I was thinking of my question I may have answered it but will ask it anyway. suppose I am doing work I do not enjoy or working with people I do not enjoy exposed to a toxic boss – someone who has harmed people I care about and who threatens my stability with each interaction. This is the opposite of the friend who has made a feast comprising of all my favorite things. How do I correct the feeling of dread within me and transform it into the will to bestow?

If you are in a dangerous situation you don’t need a Kabbalist’s advice, this is standard self preservation.
Take care of your regular material life in a regular material way. This is not a spiritual calculation.
For example if it’s dinner time and you didn’t eat all day, so it’s time to eat, it’s not a spiritual calculation.This world is this world. The spiritual world is the spiritual world.

If there is a big angry bear running towards your car, that is not the time to transform the fealings of dread into bestowal, that is a time to step on the gas and go somewhere safe.
We are going to learn together how to work with these inner forces. First things first we need the light to shine so that we can see what is going on inside of us, like bringing a candle into a dark room, there we will discover what forces are operating inside of us and how based on that it depicts our reality.Regarding your work relationships and other worldly relationships, the advice is to organize your life in the best way that you can and then as you develop spiritually you will see how you inner life will stabilize.

I understand that one must crawl before one takes baby steps, and one must take baby steps before one can run. I’ve been writing each request in my journal as a thanksgiving and praise, as though the Creator has already bestowed it upon me. Now I am beginning to add before each line, “as it is Your pleasure…” to each thing I write.
Is this a way to let the Creator know that I am trying to have Him turn my egoism into altruism and my search from knowledge into the search for attainment? Is it a way to make that small spot in my heart?

The point in the heart has already been revealed, that is what led you to search out and discover the meaning and purpose of life.
The exercises that you are doing are good. They too can become just a mantra, just a habit that looses its flavor or it can be your true prayer. The words themselves are not the important thing, the important thing is that you are making efforts to express your desires to the Creator and asking Him to help.
The Creator, is unchanging, but these requests of ours transform us each time.
