Hello its a good lesson Thank you and i have not question. but i understate from the lesson ,
For the kabbalist, the golden rule is not simply to “love your neighbor as yourself,” but, even more so, to “love your neighbor as yourself, when it is difficult.” It is only when we love when it is difficult that we remove the layers of negativity that separate us from the Light of the Creator.

Can you elaborate a bit on the reshimot and correction? How are they inter-connected?

Nathan,
The wisdom of kabbalah is a sequence of roots, which hang down by way of cause and consequence, by fixed, determined rules, interweaving to a single, exalted goal described as “the revelation of His Godliness to His creatures in this world.” It means that from the endless upper light, there is a chain until this world.
Our path back up is the same path that the light took when it came down. Each next step, next record (reshimot) becomes revealed and we, by making corrections upon the desires that are revealed and turning our intention from 0% bestowal to 1% bestowal….100% bestowal is called making corrections, performing a mitzvah. In actuality, the upper light performs this, but we prepare the inner conditions for it.

Dear Teacher,
Love thy neighbor, let’s say a friend, as ourselves, can be hard but potentially attainable… how about loving our enemy as ourselves…
I’m aware that talking about friend and enemy is like a judgement based on good and bad, which is not a Kabbalistic approach.
Our perception though, is that the enemy is a person that has caused harm at different level.
How can I still love the person in terms of the Law of Nature and identify myself with her/him?Thank you

Maria,
Not only haters, but the goal is to include all of reality into our heart, every person, animal, tree, star and planet.
But that is very far from us.
Imagine concentric circles starting with those on the path with you learning from the same sources, aimed at the same goal. From there the soul expands to include more and more of the vessel until all of reality is included in our heart.Soon after you receive some foundation in the wisdom, we will learn together practical Kabbalah, how we implement these things.
Good luck,Setb@KabU

“Love thy neighbor as thyself” represents to me the intention to bestow without a hidden motive to achieve equivalence with the upper force. These lessons are causing a significant change within me that are beginning to manifest in my external environment. May God continue to bless all of my fellow students and teachers in showing us how to change the world to benefit all individual expressions of our one shared soul with this great wisdom and incredible journey. Thank you all.

Hi Seth,
Was Kabbalah hidden for so long because it’s scary and at the same time highly addictive? There are milliion questions hidden behind every answer and the person knows that he can never find EVERY answer, but the resolution of every doubt is so sweet, that he must continue on the path?
I could write a list with 1000 questions, but they would be obsolete by the time I send this text. So I just want to thank you for your help during my “Kabbalah Revealed 1&2”-journey and wish you all the best for your own search for answers! May you get all the right questions from newbies like me!
Greetings,
Ralitza

Hi Ralitza,
There are many reasons why the wisdom of kabbalah was hidden but those limitations are all lifted in our generation.
In short, you can imagine giving a teenager a sports car and a suitcase of cash the kind of troubles he can get in, but maybe you want to give him all the cars and a mountain of money, even more the Creator wants to give us all of all of the worlds. Everything is according to the preparation of the lower ones.
The wisdom is built on questions and answers.
I keep many many note books, dozens and I write notes in the margin of the books that we study.
I recommend that you write your questions. If you do it in a google doc or on the computer, you can catagorize them based on technical questions such as what is Galgalta V’einaim or curiosity questions like who built the Egyptian pyramids.
But the questions are good, and the more you can relate the questions to the material that we are studying together, the more swiftly you will feel how you start to come closer to the answers or start to hear the answers in the lessons.
Good luck,
Seth@KabU

Hi Seth, “love your neighbor as yourself” I suppose we first have to love our self, that is the hardest part!
Does Kabbalah helps to achieve this?
- March 16, 2022 at 8:36 am EDT #284058Seth – KabU InstructorModerator
Maika,
When you get up in the morning? Who do you shower? Who do you dress? Who do you feed? Which shows do you watch? All day we are seeking to fill ourselves with pleasure.
I understand that we have feelings that we are upset with ourselves or that we are frustrated with ourselves or we don’t like how our body looks, etc. This is something else.
I encourage you to observe your life today and if you are honest you will discover that every thing that you do, even if you do something for another, it is because of what you will get in return, in the form of money, honor, respect, safety, etc.
This is not to be judged because this is how the Creator made us as a will to receive.
Let me know how this exercise goes.
Good luck and looking forward to the next steps.
