Their own lack of experience of the positive social experience, being trapped in a survival, competing state. That is something “book knowledge” can not teach, no matter how much you keep “ educating” them, they will not change, impossible, and not their fault. They need to experience it, they need others, who have the experience to provide the safety that is OK to let go of competition and collaborate, because if you do, 1 + 1 can equal not two, but 3,4, … so on. The whole world needs people who are “healed” enough to provide the safety net for competitors not to “jump” into perceived positive connections – which might end up an ego booster –  but ease themselves into it with small steps led by example. So many of my precious learnings, trainings and sufferings are coming alive again here. Two of the most popping gems are: …  I am paraphrasing and forgot where is coming from, but is from trauma informed training/practices … 1. Children do not get traumatized because of what happens to them, but because they are left alone during the bad experience. 2. Trauma is untapped potential!                                                 Powerful, meaningful and that is where correcting the Ego, and our human condition, hides.

Being in business has a strong survival, egoic, aspect to it.  A business person looks out for “self” and the business. It requires immense trust to believe that a business practice if bestowal, “loving one’s neighbor as one’s self” won’t undermine the health and sustainability of the business.

I would be nice when all employees could work together  at their workingplace  to reach together  the goals. But mostof managers  are not ready for this . To much ego   narcism,  competition, etc  destroy collaborations,  Their interest is  production,  consumption , high salaris,  and that has a negative influance on the workfloor. and destroy creativity

People believe that competition is better than collaboration. In workplaces where people have a great environment, people become more creative and productive. A competitive environment is toxic and harmful to people’s overall well-being. In another word, it is an outdated mindset of people of the 21st century.
