Virginia
PartícipeHello from Virginia in the SF Bay Area. I began learning Kabbalah in 1980 (even before it was cool!). Since then, I’ve studied online at Chabad.org, Kabbalah.info, and Kabbalahonline.org websites. Right now, I’m learning a chapter a day of Rambam’s Mishna Torah on the Chabad site. All this exploration began as strong attraction to Judaism.
I was born into a Protestant home and later converted to Catholicism at 16. I believe the conversion was my longing for a closeness to God I didn’t experience in my parent’s Methodist/Episcopal religions. Catholicism also failed to satisfy that longing, as nothing did until I met my first Kabbalist. He introduced me to the beauty and mystery of Torah that’s delighted my mind and heart ever since.
Unfortunately, I am also blessed with ADHD (which you might have guessed already). I signed up for this course in October, but I’m just introducing myself today… sigh…

CJMBMPartícipeMy name is Ceasar but I go by CJ. I’ve been on a self discovery journey for several years now and more recently really started looking into the Kabbalah, reading more and figuring out how to put it all into practice.

Jon
PartícipeHello, my name is Jon Musgrave, and I live in New York City. I’m taking this course to better understand the nature of reality, and how I can better work with the natural forces in my own healing work, and my work with others. Looking forward to starting!

SamuelPartícipeGreetings everyone,
My name is Samuel. I come from a Jewish background—both of my grandparents, one on each side of the family, were Orthodox Jews who later left their communities and married Roman Catholics. Because of this heritage, I have always felt a strong pull toward Judaism and have spent many years studying the Torah, the Prophets, and the wisdom literature.
Over the course of my life I’ve also had a deep interest in the mystical traditions connected to Judaism. My personal journey has included some unusual spiritual experiences that ultimately led me toward healing and transformation. Through spiritual guidance and prayer connected with the archangel Metatron and other angelic traditions, I experienced a profound turning point in my life. Around that time, long-standing struggles with addiction and other unhealthy behaviors simply fell away, and I found myself moving in a much healthier direction.
Since then, I’ve also developed a fascination with sacred geometry, especially the figure known as Metatron’s Cube. When I first encountered it, I experienced it almost as a living geometric form—appearing to unfold and move in three dimensions in a very calm and beautiful way. I’m naturally a skeptical person and don’t tend toward dramatic interpretations, but the experience left a deep impression on me.
More than anything, the name Metatron became associated in my life with a moment of real freedom and transformation. Because of that, I’m interested in learning everything I can about the deeper wisdom traditions connected with it—much as Enoch sought understanding in the ancient texts.
Ultimately, my goal in studying Kabbalah is simple: to grow in wisdom and awareness so that I can better serve the people, animals, and environment of this world—here and now.
I’m grateful to be learning alongside all of you.

GwendolynPartícipeHello, my name is Gwendolyn and I’m excited to dive into Kabbalah. I am currently in New Jersey but am from everywhere and nowhere. I grew up in the Air Force and discovered I’m a gypsies soul so my journey had to from everywhere and nowhere continues. I’m a Scorpio Sun, Sagittarius Moon, Life Path 7, and grew up in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (which is sort of a secret society in its self based largely from the Masons) and since hearing from a young age the there’s a God above our God, that “he” was once human, and that we can become a God ourselves, I have wondered about the secrets and knowledge of the Universe and couldn’t understand why this wasn’t the daily conversation everyone was having. I have been on a full permission slip to myself to explore anything and everything since 2017, to learn, grow, and expand all parts of myself and since I began to work in Energy healing in 2019 my extrasensory senses have begun to open up further than what small snippets I had experienced before hand and I have continued to learn more psychic modalities and skills. During this time Kabbalah has popped in and out of my purview but just 2 weeks ago the book “The Kybalion” had, also once again, found itself in my hands and since opening its pages I found myself going deeper than before. One day I thought, “I wonder if there’s a course I can take to learn Kabbalah, that would be better than just reading a book”, and sure enough the universe answered with a link to this course. So, here I am!!! I’d love to also learn the difference between Jewish Mysticism Kabbalah and Hermetic Qabbalah while here, if that’s possible.
Nice to meet you all! 🙏🤍✨
