      We can get in touch with the upper force through interacting with others and with G-d in a mutual way. I imagine prayer and studying Torah or Kabbalah will help us to get in touch with the upper force or G-d. Having relationships with other people can also help us get in touch with the upper force since the upper force resides in all of us.

      We can get in touch by ascending the four stages necessary to acquire the 6th sense, the screen, which allows us to feel the pleasure of the Supreme Light and receive so that we can bestow as we continue our accession towards the creator and become the Equivalence  of Form.
