Preparation Question: How can we get in touch with the upper force and act with it mutually?

By having the intention to connect with the Creator.

Believe in the upper force and focus on it throughout the day, everyday in everything you do. Becoming aware of it establishes the connection. Reading Kabbalah with intention to perceive the upper force, not to memorize or necessarily understand everything increases faith and the upper force begins to act on you.

I NOW think that we have to immerse ourselves in the wisdom of Kabbalah offered here, I feel it working on me. I have to pay attention. Although I always paid attention to the quality of my deeds, feelings and thoughts and struggled with their imperfection,  I am seeing now that the struggle for “perfection of feelings and conduct” is not completely constructive. I have to let something else, more natural and organic to take seed and emerge.
