      As a little child, I used to sing a little prayer song every night when going to bed. I like to think an upper force listened every night. Maybe I am wrong, but this little song could have been the first step, although I didn’t understand the lyrics.

      in my case, suffering lead to a desire for spirituality and to find my purpose. my heart’s prayer has led on a path that is not my own, and has not been fully revealed yet.

      By studying and learning from authentic Kabbalah texts and setting our intention toward equivalence of form with our Creator.

      That’s what I’m hoping to learn from studying Kabbalah. At this point, my understanding is it begins with the “intention” of getting in touch with the upper force.
