We need to have first the desire to receive from the creator, by aligning yourself to receive and at the same time to have a disire to bestow

We need to have an intention to connect (pray) with the interlight that He GIVES us ever moment of our lives so that we can develop an equivalence of form wtth HIm. Don’t know how to put a emoji.  But a happy face is great.

By focusing on our point in the heart and recognizing there is none else besides him.

By desiring to overcome our evil/ego, remembering that the reality we are perceiving isn’t what we are taught it is, reading the books with a desire to be at the level of the author, and setting an intention to receive pleasure *for* and *thanks to* the creator instead of simply receiving pleasure and wanting more and more.
