Recognize there is an upper force and try to interact with it

In order to communicate with the higher forces, we must strengthen our inner powers, have internal actions and activities, so that we can interact with those forces.

In my understanding it is believing that every thought and desire comes from the creator to act as a medicine to cure us of our egoism. It may not always be pleasant but we should have faith and attempt to be grateful and happy. The connection with others may be strengthened by the knowledge that we are all as one beneath our ego.
