      We can get in touch with the upper force and act with it mutually by acquiring its qualities to enable the equivalence of form. Through our mind, feelings and actions.

      You have to acquire similar traits to the creator. What’s mine is yours, and what’s yours is yours. Also change from a being who is constantly taking without purpose, to a being who is taking in order to give pleasure to the creator.

        We can start with a question like “Who am I?”. Practicing staying in the now and being  Mindfulness. Also studying Kabbalah also helps us get in touch with the upper force.
