Hi, I am currently working on cause and effect having recently undergone a major back operation and am now playing catch up. reading all the answers to this question has made me re evaluate my life choices and lifestyle which is pretty solitary. I need to become more in tune with Nature and allow the Creator in.

I understand that every thing I do, think or feel comes from the ego and the desire to receive.
