I have gained a deeper understanding that the forces in the world are all part of the corrections needed for the collective soul. It is all part of the Creator’s Plan and while there is suffering found in the world, I can see the suffering leads to desire for correction within us if we have moved through the different stages of development.
My deeper understanding is that “to be quiet before I say anything.” This means that for any insult or harmful comment directed at me, I have learned to assess who is making the hurtful comment in terms of what my response will be. Therefore, I understand that no response is necessary. In a very small way, my response in terms of bestowing (and this is a very small example), will be to sincerely smile back, sincerely from my heart and soul. There is not any sense in getting offended. However, maintaining the peace and extending that feeling of peace to others is more important than to “fight” back.
I have a better understanding of my egoist nature, thoughts. actions and the effects. I have learned to accept all the effects whether I perceive them to be good or bad. I am no where near being able to comprehend much less be the bestower rather than the receiver but my aspiration and desire is to learn and work towards it. I feel very much at peace with this.
