I do not have experiential knowledge to answer these questions. Currently I am going on faith that what I am learning in studies will soon translate into my everyday experience. I think by coming together with other points in the heart with shared goal of attracting the upper reforming light we are able to form a vessel to attract and receive the light. As each of us are part of the same vessel then what happens to one happens to all that are part of the vessel.

I think it means that we need to feel in the desires of others and identify with it, since we are already there anyway.
There is nothing else besides Him. We are taught that the only way to make progress is to connect to others above our reason with the bridge of love if we want to attract the reforming light for the whole group. Reminds me of the mathematical  game theory of John F. Nash Jr. We are taught now that in Kabbalah practicing love and acceptance above reason does not just make us all winners in the group but that it attracts much more powerful reforming light to the system as a whole. It becomes true bestowal. Can’t wait to get there in my current study.

It means using your light that reforms to connect to others. If they can feel the light from within you they may start to be able to recognize the same light that is also within them if and when they are ready.

By helping others we are unifying our spiritual intention and increasing the light

When we help others to grow spiritually, we are doing an act of bestowing, which is the nature of the creator. Therefore, we are receiving and giving at the same time, now we are in stage three Binah Gammel in Zair Ampin. This will help us to attain the final fourth stage in general speaking.
