Preparation Question: Starting a new course in Kabbalah is similar to a fetus moving on to a new trimester. The warm and fulfilling womb is still the same, but the desire and needs of the future human are evolving. Before we start the first week let’s set our expectations. How do we want the womb (Light) to influence and evolve us? What do we desire to achieve in this semester?

Dear HaShem, you’ve made it so easy to understand.  The way back to you is simply to be like you–to be loving and to be giving to everyone and everything.  When we fall down, we just get back up and try again.  I ask that your Light influence and evolve all of us to be more like you.  In this class, I’d like to pray for all of my classmates that they may effortlessly climb many more rungs on the ladder back Home to you.  Amein.

By allowing the Light of Reform to correct our soul. We understand through Dr. Laitman’s teaching that when we come into the Light of the Neshamah, our soul will connect with godly love by being a part of what the Creator is doing through us by way of the bestowal of love. By being in it! By being in the Spice of Life – the Torah. And walking in the pages of the Torah!

I desire to have a spiritual connection while learning the Method of Connection.

I want the light to burn/take away the parts of me that do not look like the Creator – to attain the equivalence of form that is needed to move up the ladder.

As I begin this new Kabbalah course, I want the Light to help me change my attitude, develop my sixth sense, and truly understand the Creator’s qualities. My goal is to recognize my ego and learn how to work with it, so I can unite with others to build a common soul and piece together our shared experience into real spiritual wholeness. I’m ready to use my freedom of choice to assemble the “puzzle” of creation, knowing that true wisdom comes only through experience and deep internal change. Above all, I wish to reach the form of bestowal, resembling the Creator—not out of religious belief, but by grounding my growth in unity, awareness, and personal transformation.

I want to learn more about the tool Minyan, how to resemble the Creator.
