      Getting outside of the box to perceive reality as it is, not as we now think it is after it has been filtered by our senses. This could be troublesome without due discipline and preparation.

      I had a few experiences in the past when I felt oneness, a very interesting feeling as if I was all that was surrounding me. To that point I would like to get back someday.
