It’s so easy to become overwhelmed with the seemingly infinite factors that play into the events in life. My progress is focusing on the fact that all I and see and experience is simply my PERCEPTION of these events. Remembering that there is no creature or event that is not driven by its corresponding roots in the Creator helps keep me grounded in the understanding of that “There is None Else Besides Him”
The first time I truly understood ‘Oneness’ in a cognitive scientific sense was while viewing the documentary – ‘What the Bleep do we know’…
That was many years ago. Even today, I continue to be fascinated by notion that there is just the One Consciousness – expressing itself as me, you, and every other thing in the universe.
When I sit quietly with the idea that there is None Else Besides Him – its awakens Peace within.., as opposed to Pieces that were at conflict with one another within me. There is a sense of binding, uniting as opposed to the unease of fragmentation.
I love it that my Kabbalah studies support the strengthening of my knowing – that the All is contained in the One.., and the One is contained in the all. I’m enjoying every step towards Awakening the point in my heart – to be able to Realize, to Recognize the Thought of the Creator..
Not through words but through true prayer I’m beginning to feel and know from the heart that all of the hardships that I’m experiencing now are being used to give me a deep sense of surrendering to the “flow” of life, believing it is guided by the Creator (a higher power). I can no longer believe that my life is just a series of random, individual events. The more I self-evaluate, the more I can feel that the entire reality is the action of the Creator and there is non else besides Him.
