Freedom is when we have an actual choice between two opposites. The Reforming Lights helps us acquire it by revealing our egotistical desires and correcting them.

What we do with our intention is freedom. Take for example a child brings you a macaroni picture if you just say thank you then the child will be happy but if you say oh wow that’s amazing thank you so much that child will be ecstatic and filled with joy. So if we use the reforming light to change our intention to the intention of bestowal then we have true freedom.

I go back and forth on this topic so I’m eager to start this lesson. I think freedom can only come when you are no longer a slave to the will to receive.
