The stereograms in the Interact section blew my mind; that once we are able to perceive None Else Besides Him we will “be able to locate this singular force working all through reality” then seeing the solution, and just as it says, knowing the solution does not help.
I still do not perceive the pictures or solutions in the stereographs, but this little exercise has influenced my perceptions of reality–i find myself questioning what i perceive, what i do not perceive, and a desire to perceive None Else Besides Him.
I thought i had answers, that i could influence my future, that i knew what was real and i do not; so i feel anxiety and doubts that get calmed because this singular force (the will to bestow unending joy on the creature) is constant, eternal, absolute it cannot and will not ever change no matter what i or anyone else thinks or believes–this force has always been there and will always be there.  Peace unto you

Reading through Shamati 1 clarified so much in how I should be on this path into spirituality. There is a great condensation of attitudes and intention there that ring true across all the lessons I have learned previously. It is truly a blessing to relate with.

Knowing and gradually learning to feel that there is only one force is mind-blowing and is helping me approach my life with a completely different perspective.

Knowing that there is no other force causing our problems and that the Creator does all things gave me a new perspective. Now I don’t have to blame anyone for my misfortunes.

Read some of the responses and I loved loved loved them. I loved the barrel one and the one that put it so simply, just act as if you already know and he reveals himself jejeje… so grateful.

Realizing the importance of revealing the Creator behind every thought, sensation, and experience. In truth, we do not reveal him. Instead, we are called to act “as if” the Creator is everything. This provides him with contentment, and he eventually reveals himself, bit by bit.
