ChrissyPartícipeI agree that collaboration and sharing information with others help to achieve new creative solutions. Even a mistake can spark a breakthrough when engaging in discussions through new ideas and perspectives, encouraging us to rethink the way we would normally think.

PartícipeSolving problems and creating something new is done best within a diverse group of people with different skills and backgrounds. Discussions will then bring out fresh ideas and insights, challenging preconceived thought-patterns.

lensingteddiePartícipeThroughout my adult life, I have noticed that whenever I have an issue to work out, I want to discuss it with a friend or family member. I’ve known this has always helped me process and the funny thing is, as soon as we start discussing it, the answer comes to me, it seems just having them there to listen brings it out.

JuulePartícipeSince 1995 I have been working or ‘playing’ with a core group of friends to facilitate a spiritual camp in a different tradition than Kabbalah. We would produce a means by which at least 30 or as many as 90 people would gather in a rustic setting for 8 days to learn and practice that particular tradition. There was never a manual to follow on how to do this so we had to make it up as we went along. We made plenty of mistakes but we always would look at them and readjust to work it better for everyone. I have since retired from my position in the group but have passed it on to a new generation. It was an amazing experience.
