I was inspired to learn how to let things happen to me.  Even if things seem like they will be bad or hard.  If I just listen and allow events to happen and not stress on them, which is my usual course, everything turns out beneficial.  I am never given more than I can handle even though I think that is what is happening.  The Creator is always there and He is always directing me if I listen and allow Him.  If I choose not to do what He is advising and what I am doing doesn’t turn out I don’t feel punished, I still feel His love, calmness and presence but I learn to listen more and more and I always feel calm, great and at peace in His direction and outcome.  In fact my demeanor is mirroring my inner self and is becoming more calm, happy and at peace.

The thing that inspired me the most in this course was the idea of the single force running everything. Everything made sense and brought me a sense of relief that even if things seems though they are in the right way. That if I just follow the has given to me that I’m doing something what is meant to be done by me.
I’m beginning to see how egoistic I am and feel like what I used to find beautiful in the love was really unknown to me that vanishes in every way I can precieve it before my eyes. Like the thing that we learned about that when we talk about loving a fish means we actually love to eat it. I’m really beginning to want something that is beautiful and there is no way to find it in our current self.
As for the other students in this path I wish that we’ll be able to connect and build the love we currently lack and have been looking for.

I am kind of desperate that I will never learn anything practical… everything is too vague and unattainable for me. Like a long, long prelude…

        Hi Zorica,

You’re right, Kabbalah studies don’t work in a typical way in which we learn to accumulate knowledge. In Kabbalah we’re concerned with reaching spirituality in practice, feeling it. And for that purpose, “it’s not the wise that learns”. Meaning we’re not learning this material simply to acquire knowledge, to store it in some box in our brains. After all, If knowledge was the path to spirituality, then a supercomputer loaded with all of the Kabbalistic texts would be the most spiritual being in the world. Obviously this is not the case.

So why do we spend so much time studying if not to gain knowledge? Because through the study, we draw the force of the light. This force is what makes all the internal changes, clarifications, corrections that need to be made. After we extract enough light and correct ourselves to a certain degree, then we won’t just intellectually philosophize about spirituality, but we will begin to feel it in practice. And only out of that feeling will we begin to truly understand it.
