What inspired: There is this point in the heart. It makes me wanting to make the next step and help mankind make the next step in its development towards the uniting with the Creator.

Learned for myself: There is a role for me. In all modesty, there is a role to play in the greater plan, although I cannot yet describe that role.

Wish for my fellow students: To share our desires and thus receive with the ability to bestow.

inspired me – a hope that I may experience the intention of the creator

learned about myself – in some ways I’m more and less open minded than I thought

wish for others –  that they and myself as well, that we all experience what our purpose is – individually and collectively

I have learned I don’t know very much about connection. Only that I desire to be connected to all that is good and any one who is desiring the same.

It feels like I’ve known this knowledge forever and these lessons act as a distant memory.  Julian has been a delightful guide.  I’ve learned a lot about myself as have I recently moved into the human resources department at my company. It’s almost as if these studies have coincided with this transition and allowed me to practice these skills with many people on a daily basis, for which I am grateful.  In an earlier course, some thing that has stuck with me: we should hold our spiritual development in high regard.  I can say for certain that I would recommend this to my fellow students.

It’s overwhelming to try to sum it up very briefly.

As I have felt in my previous ventures to Kabbalah, I feel elevated by every moment I spend in the environment.  Hopefully, we can continue forward and all elevated each other, and together.

I have learned how important connection is. I have always had a tendency to be more isolated so there was some resistance to this at first, but I feel more and more how true the need for connection is. I find it inspiring to learn about distinguishing egoistic desires from altruistic or spiritual desires. I feel like throughout my whole life I have had sort of had an inkling of this distinction and some hint that even fulfilling every egoistic desire you could possibly imagine wouldn’t truly bring happiness. It is very comforting to learn about this in a systematic way and try to put words to it.
