      I just did the exercise with my good friend and ex wife.    We were both shocked and knew right away that this is something that is super powerful, super simple and super shocking that not one therapist has ever suggested to schedule a short meeting on a weekly basis and connect about life. Not thinking about the self or sex or any internal desires just pure openness
