MsNandi MariePartícipeThere were so many gems in the last course/lesson. However this particular gem truly drove home the point about having an Outward facing attitude towards one spiritual practice and the world at large:
“In Kabbalah, an outward-facing attitude is not merely about being social; it is a profound spiritual practice of transforming the ego (desire to receive for oneself) into a vessel for sharing and connection (desire to bestow). It is the conscious transition from focusing solely on inner experience to actively engaging with the world, using the “outward” reality as a mirror to reveal, refine, and elevate one’s inner consciousness. “
What do I expect from this course:
I expect an even deeper understanding of how to apply the teachings/wisdom of this science called Kabbalah. Practicing it in my every day life towards those that I encounter. Also using terms that others will understand regarding Spirituality.
I truly want to connect with my fellow students so that I can continue to move closer to that Upper force and equivalent of from with our Grand Creator. The things that we see in others are actually a mirror for us to look internally.
“In Kabbalah, others acting as a “mirror” means that the behaviors, faults, or virtues you perceive in them are actually reflections of your own internal state, personality, or areas needing spiritual correction.”

csillaPartícipei’m very surprised about my growing kind, compassionate awareness of others, as a result of the last course. I’m noticing how much more simple it is to be with the people in my daily life, as my active participation seems to diminish in importance and how others seem to feel better with my more ‘simple’ mode of interaction, which is like gently swishing the surface of a stream along with the current — and i remember more often people’s smiling back at me. i think before the recent KabU classes i was wary of others wanting something from me, but now it seems that people seem more content in their own lives, and they don’t really want anything in particular – and they appreciate being acknowledged with a few simple words and a light sprinkling of happiness. idk, but i’m increasingly curious about learning more

NgoziPartícipeMy best experience from the previous course was learning the importance of the group and connection. I expect to be more connected with the group.

WallyPartícipeThe last course prepared and built my expectations to use what knowledge I have thus far to put Kabbalah into practice through a group of Ten
I expect that I will grow spiritually in this course by doing the group and I expect I’ll continue with KABU after this course

juniorPartícipeThe best experience from the previous course for me is the group sessions engagements. I expect from this course the ability to tap into moments of revelation at will.

EllemaPartícipeI learned that I am more resistant and skeptical than many in the cohort and despite this I’m still drawn to the field of study and plan to continue studying and trying to connect.
