SophPartícipeMy best experience from the last course was reading Shamati articles and reading my fellow classmates’ perspectives. In this course, I want to delve more into the methods outlined in the readings and teachings.

PartícipeMy best experience from the previous course was developing an increasing relationship with the creator and gaining more awareness over my intentions and attitudes towards others. It is helping me to be a better person. I have had questions for many years about my personal experiences, and I am starting to understand them more. From this course, I expect to learn about deepening my connection with others and the creator, with the ultimate goal of becoming one with the creator.

PartícipeMy best experience was to know that there is a system to reach world peace, to help people see others in a more loving way and to relate to each other more kindly.
I expect from this course practical instructions on how to use the system myself.
