PartícipeBy knowing myself more deeply. Identifying and understanding feelings related to old wounds, how they affect my behaviors still. Working on these, healing them and letting them go. Freeing myself from them in my present situation. Exercising vigilance on my feelings and reactions in order to adopt the just behavior. Also connecting with nature and its wisdom I sometimes get glimpse of its mystery and of some higher forces at play. I called it enchantment

PartícipeThat there truly is a concealed spiritual purpose that is ultimately love, to all that I experience in this world. Trying to remember this when ‘things’ are happening especially ‘unpleasant’ experiences, is the tricky part!

PartícipeIt is funny that we are supposed to get to the conclusión that life is supposed to be navigated with pleasure in a weightless way, to reach the point of the “non suffering” but only by suffering can we get to that conclusion.

PartícipeI have found a degree of inner peace as a result of having a more open mind. I’m not so critical of others and try to look at life from their perspective rather than being so judgemental. Maybe we have more in common than would initially appear?
