      Greetings Instructors and friends.

      Question from my Ten:

In the past we have done an exercise where we take a week and each day of that week, we pray for one friend in the Ten. For example, Sunday, we pray for Friend #1, Monday, prayers are for Friends #2 and so on.

Some friends would like to make this a standing routine in the Ten, while others don’t feel an attraction to this as a routine.

According to the wisdom, what is the best way to organize our prayers in the Ten? Would establishing this exercise as a routine be helpful in the Ten?

      Please advise.

      Thank you!

        Hi Isoke,

If it’s an action that is not from Rav or explicitly recommended by Rabash (and there are practically no exercises set in stone about which we can say “Rabash says do such and such in corporeality” but rather we often do not understand at what level Rabash or Rav was speaking or writing) – so, if the ten is not in agreement, then it can’t become a permanent practice. Rather, connection Managers can determine an exercise for the day, and this could be one such exercise.

I did hear that tens should read our texts, and formulate a prayer from the center of the ten; and revisit the prayer, and renew it throughout the day. A prayer from the heart of the ten outwards is the best orientation. Only in special cases are we focussing on individuals. If you want more guidance, you can check the Rabash article, The Agenda of the Assembly.

      ”Leave a recorded audio/video message
that will help build between us a demand so that none of us will be able to differentiate himself from the others, and we will feel as one.”

This is from this week’s homework for the Young Group. Where/how can we share this recording?

        Hi Peter,

Sorry, I believe that in the transfer between platforms that functionality was lost. We’ll have to fix it, and in the meantime, please do so in writing.

I wanted to ask when the next Young Group is starting? After the Congress I’m keen to jump in. I feel like I have been given a huge boost and my hesitation to join the group has vanished. The current Young Group is already 4 weeks in so too late this time?

      Can you clarify?

Only when one is alone is he permitted to use the left line, but not more than 1/2 hour a day.

      Thanks

Left line we can say is the reality according to my eyes, how I see the friends in my regular vessels. Right line is according to the truth, perfect connection, love, bestowal.

The work is always in the right line. This excerpt is for one who can be so for 23.5 hours.  Then he must check the Left against the Right, briefly.

Confused,  what is acceptable corporeal desires vs. Spiritual desire?

        • #313596

Even my corporeal desires can become spiritual, however not all at once. A desire is made spiritual by it having on top of it Restriction, The Screen, and Reflected Light. In the meantime, because you don’t know how to do that yet, we need to imbibe our Kabbalistic materials as much as possible. The Light in them Reforms, and gradually changes the desire.

How difficult is it to stay/work in the right/truth 23.5 hrs each day?

        • #313592

For now, we don’t know what this work is. That excerpt is about a very advanced person. If we want to get a feel for how difficult, try to be in the thought that there is a singular Upper Force guiding me and everyone to good.

For this, we have to go into Perception of Reality. I see with my current vessels, my 5 senses. There’s another set of senses I can acquire, just as real, and even more real, more concrete than the world I think to be so real. In these spiritual senses I see the true reality, whereas right now I’m in what Kabbalists call the imaginary world. I need to add these senses and then I’ll see that there’s no one suffering. “Man must know that the world was created only for him”.

Dear KabU,  If the kabbalists live in two worlds and I only live in this world, then what is/ are the relationships I have with those people in my life at varying degrees of closeness to me –what does this mean? father, mother partner, stranger.  It must mean something and these people must represent something?

Additionally, when I am out walking in nature I can see the beauty around me what does this mean it must represent something?

      thanks Lyndon S.

All that is your desires, on degrees of Still, Vegetative, Animate, and Speaking. And the only question is with which ones can I form right now the most immediate conscious two-way (at a minimum) connection toward the Upper Force?
