The ego’s power over me rests entirely in the will to receive? So changing to be the same in desire to the creator will make my physical being an outlet for that energy to flow through. Isn’t this 6th sense already innate in us? And we are just conditioned to forget

We are not talking about a change in your physical being.
The kabbalists are explaining to us in their writings that we developed from dust, inanimate, through vegatative, animate and now, we have developed to the speaking degree. This process of development, of complex, interconnected, flexible connections, develops in us new perceptions, new ways of being connected to everyone, in these connections is where we reveal the integral network, the life between us all that exists and always has existed and always will exist.

Everything going on inside of me is creating my world outside of me. I can see how my desires, intentions, thoughts, words and actions have a direct effect on my environment. But my desires come from the Creator. So is it really me creating or “Him” creating through me?
How comes some people seem to be born with some aspects of sixth sense? like perceptions that go beyond the five senses… and I dońt necessarily think or people who are seeking the experiences, but rather those that seem to be born with it or come from families where itś common to have such a variant of perception. And is this form of „sixth sense“ different to the educated one desbribed in Kabbalah?

There are many phenomenon like the ones you describe.
Some people are very sensitive to more subtle forces.
We can relate ourselves to the experience experienced thinking about our mom and she calls, or looking at someone in another car and they feel our eyes on them and turn and look at us.
There are situations where people can feel each other over vast distances.
All of this and more are within the realm of what the kabbalists call “this world”.
The spiritual perception that the kabbalists are writing to us about is built in the connection of people in a highly organized, highly flexible, complex, sensitive system where the Upper Light can dwell.
And then one sees with inner vision, inner senses.

I wonder if it is something developed in previous lives that carries over? And as for the grouping of people into families with common traits, is this some sort of quantum entanglement?

Here is a quote from Baal HaSulam’s article The Peace.

Is the desire to excel in business / profession Ego ? If so, how does one survive then in the material plane where we struggle for the basics everyday across the world ? I have a desire to grow, support family, people around me ……… to the point its painful. Advise please. Thank you

Succeed in everything, this is very natural and healthy. I wish you good luck in all of your endeavors.
At the beginning of the day [each spiritual state] say, “if I do not take care of everything it will not get done”.
At the end of the day [each spiritual state] say, “everything was done by the hand of the Creator”.
You’ll see later how these two realities merge into one.
In short, you want to sanctify everything you are doing in your heart, to love and unity.
It matters not if you are building a business or feeding your children, in everything we do, we connect it to Him.
Seth@KabUHow do you connect it to Him? more specifically. It sounds like you have a mental process for working on yourself and I would very much like to hear about that.
For some context: Anupam’s questions really speaks to me, because I used to feel like I connected everything I do to God through rituals like in Vastu and bakhti yoga, where every household chore, every food, every mantra, every action can be a remedial measure for a specific deity. That has been very fulfilling in my life. But when I study Kabbalah I feel emotional distance from the same rituals, intentions and prayers that used to make me feel close to God before.
It is almost like my compass got broken a little bit and I can tell that I am pointing generally North, but just a bit off, and it is more and more clear that “just a bit off” is never going to get me there. The only time now that I feel like I’m pointing North and can formulate a genuine prayer is when something highly emotional happens. Like when I see something horrible in the news or on social media. Or when I see something extremely touching that gives me a momentary longing for the world to be more like that specific thing.
This isn’t a feeling I can generate in a formulaic way, like I used to do with my remedial measures.
