Gregory LehtimakiPartícipeWe can think about the concepts of creating “tikkun olam” and getting outside of ourselves but it seem to me that the only true way is to get in touch with the creator. To return to gan eden and live in the bliss of HaShem’s presence is a lofty goal but I don’t believe we can achieve that as humanity… only a those in touch with the spiritual (the creator/haShem). There are too many heathen, animalistic people in the world that can not and will not change. So (question)… even if we work on our own spirituality… do you honestly believe that the rest of the world will be affected? Isn’t that idealistic and unachievable?
I just work on myself… to make myself, my family and friends happier. And that is even difficult.

Seth – KabU InstructorModeratorGregory,
Great question, great scrutiny. The answer comes in our understanding and perception of reality. The kabbalists write and we can find this very clearly in the Introduction to the Book of Zohar that there is the internally and externality of the world and that by correcting the internally of the world the externality is also corrected.
We will learn about this lore later and these things will become clear to you as you engage in them.
In the meantime, we don’t need to go correcting mass murders and even regular people on the street. We will start with those closest to us and work out in concentric circles from there.Seth@KabU

LucyPartícipeIf I stand clearly, the screen makes you aware of the fact that, you are are not receiving for yourself? How do I build this intention and now that I have not attained that state, how I’m supposed to behave while I’m still receiving and not grown spiritually?

Seth – KabU InstructorModeratorLucy,
Now we act, like a child who does the actions of the parent. The child does not really hammer the nail, he pretends with his toy. The child doesn’t really feed a baby, she feeds her doll and pretends.
If the child just sat on the floor and didn’t play we would think that the child is not developing correctly. The act of playing develops the child.
For us, we do all the things that one would do, we play, as if we are bestowing and this draws reforming light to us that develops and the screen.
We start doing this in the kabbalistic group, we do not go out in the world and try to love the criminal first. We start with those who are close to us and are studying from the same sources as us. We will learn more about that soon.

DanielaPartícipeThis 4 stages includes the 125 steps the creature does from creation to this world?
- January 5, 2025 at 2:05 pm EST #414341
Seth – KabU InstructorModeratorDaniela,
The entire system is one, whole, integral system. So, we can say that everything is connected to everything.
The four phases are 1, 2, 3, 4 and their root phase.
Those phases will be the four worlds and their root.
In those four worlds and their root are the 5 partzufim and in there are the 5 sefirot.5 worlds x 5 partzufim x 5 sefirot = 125 degrees

Nancy DPartícipeSeth,
When you say that “from the side of the creature, from the vessel, it is a step by step process in order that the creature will feel itself as independent”, is this the creature independently thinking or is it the Creator’s doing.? I am very green in the subject of Kabbalah. I apologize if my question seems silly.

Seth – KabU InstructorModeratorNancy,
As a kabbalist we have to get used to holding two opposites in our hands.
On the one side we have what we perceive and we have to live with that, this is how the Creator made it and it is made this way on purpose. So we feel that it is us learning to walk, it is us learning to ride a bike, it is us learning math and building relationships.
We will discover that it is all Him. No one will leave a baby laying on the floor, the parents will teach her to walk, so did the baby have a choice? And also, it’s built into each of us that we start lifting our head and eventually crawling and then pulling ourselves up, so even without anyone around, our nature pushes us to get up.
And in each and everything we will discover that I had to do every action, to feel that it is in my efforts to do, but I realize in the end that He did everything.
Imagine children playing on the beach. They feel free in the sand and running back and forth to the water. But who is watching over them, the parents. Who dressed them in the morning, the parents, everything is thanks to the parents, but the children feel independent, absorbed in their play.
We are the same.

Gates SamaniegoPartícipeIs the spiritual world supernatural?
- December 30, 2024 at 11:22 am EST #412976
Seth – KabU InstructorModeratorGates,
It seems that way.
We are living in our current nature.
The nature of the spiritual world is a different nature that we can say is “out of this world”.
It is not an earthly nature, it is spiritual in nature, different laws completely.
