SofiaPartícipeMy name is Sofia, and I’m really grateful to be here with all of you. I live in the Greater Toronto Area and work in real estate, but being here is about something much deeper for me. I’ve been feeling a strong pull to grow beyond the external world and really understand myself on a deeper level.
I’ve always been very driven, building businesses, raising my kids, and creating a life that looks full from the outside. But I’ve come to realize that real fulfillment comes from inner work, awareness, and connection.
Over time, I’ve explored different methods and perspectives when it comes to personal growth and spirituality, and Kabbalah is something I’ve been studying and feel really drawn to. It’s given me a different lens to look at myself and my life, and I’m here to deepen that understanding.
I’m here to learn how to communicate more consciously, to pause and respond instead of react, and to show up in a more grounded and giving way in my relationships, as a mother, a friend, and in my work. Still lots to learn and I am excited for the Journey.
I’m really looking forward to learning from all of you and growing together.
Thank you for having me.

PartícipeHi! Im an eclectic student and practitioner of a variety of spiritual traditions. I practice a number of techniques. I use them to work with clients who are seeking healing or spiritual mentorship. I would say that I am grounded in the shamanic traditions of practice. I have been a shaman for over 30 years. I walk in multiple hermetic field principles and use maps as an orientation to my travels within fields. One of the tools I use to experience maps is systems constellation principles using representation. I co-created a method called Alchemical Somatic Fields.
I teach an experiential class in quantum fields that includes the hermetic esoteric tradition. The Kabbalah is a major influence in these traditions and I want to learn more about this amazing tradition.
I am so looking forward to the classes and understanding the Kahhalah.

HollyPartícipeHi all, my name’s Holly.
Coming from a non-religious, non-spiritual background, I’m starting to develop more of an appreciation for ideas I once might have dismissed as “woo”. I have a burgeoning interest in spirituality, mysticism, esotericism, and concepts surrounding these.
Aside from sheer curiosity about what all this stuff means, I hope to come to understand myself and how I relate to the world on a deeper level.
