We can start with a question like “Who am I?”. Practicing staying in the now and being  Mindfulness. Also studying Kabbalah also helps us get in touch with the upper force.

We must choose to open ourselves to receiving more and more of the Light. Increase the desire, expand the Kli. We move from an egoistic will to receive for only ourself, to a desire to receive in order to bestow. In this process we become more and more like the Creator. This synergistic cooperation with the Light makes us vessels of flow for the Light. We can only be completely filled with the Light if our desire to receive is also a desire to bestow. We no longer egoistically try to hold on to the Light as if it’s some object to behold. In equivalence with the Creator, the Light flows through us.
