We get in touch with the Upper Force through an understanding of our masach. As we develop a comprehension of our will to receive and our will to bestow, and exercise them accordingly, we open a new channel for information that we didn’t have before.

First of all by having a desire to connect with my HP and others. Then through real Kabbalah books, and teachers, then by reaching to others, specially with the right community.

By always remembering that our souls are here to help and serve others.  The desire to receive with the intention to bestow. Not letting our egos keep us from accessing the upper worlds and remembering that we are not the personality, the ego, or even these bodies that we have incarnated into.
